Shipping

Domita ships throughout Italy, Europe and non-UE countries.
The orders will be delivered at the client’s address provided at the moment of purchase.
For each shipping where the use of pallet is expected, delivery will be made at street level using a tailgate truck.
In the Italian territory, delivery is usually made within 3-7 working days, with the exception of islands and remote locations.
About EU countries, it can be stated that delivery will be made within 5-10 working days.
For what concerns extra EU countries, delivery will be made indicatively within 10-14 working days.

The shipping charges need to be covered by the buyer and are clearly specified when the order is placed.
The transport of all large materials should be listed on request.

At the time of the goods’ delivery by the vector, it is suggested to verify the packaging’s condition and check the number of the delivered packages is the same as indicated on the transport document.

In order to obtain the refund for any damage or the replacement of the goods, in the presence of the delivery agent you must accept the goods by placing the words “Good received unchecked” next to your signature on the courier's delivery note, specifying the status of the shipment at the time you receive it, following examples:

- Undamaged package, I accept the goods subject to inspection;

- Wet package, I accept the goods subject to inspection;

- Dented package, I accept the goods subject to inspection;

- Damaged package, I accept the goods subject to inspection;

- Missing goods or not corresponding to the document, I accept the goods subject to inspection.

Therefore, in case of absence of “acceptation with reservation” of the goods, complaints could not be considered and procedures for substitutions could not be started. Any problem concerning the received products should be reported within and no later than 5 days from the effective delivery (only the date written by the courier on the transport document will be considered) together to the copy of the document signed with “with reservation”, the photo showing the damage and the detail of the same product.

Only following this procedure, the client is sure to receive the substitution of the good or the refund for the amount payed for the damaged good.
