According to the Italian law, the seller is liable for any defect found on the products offered on the website, together to the non-conformity of the goods according to the ones ordered.
If the purchaser has accepted the contract as a consumer, that is every physic person that acts on the website for other aims to the entrepreneur or professional activity done, this warranty is valid provided that the defect appears within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
In the event of non-conformity, the purchaser who has entered into the contract as a consumer shall be entitled to have the products restored to conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract in respect of the disputed goods and the consequent refund of the price.
All costs for the damaged goods’ returning will be borne by the seller.
