Applicable law and competent court

These General Sales Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to any different overriding mandatory provision of the purchaser's country of habitual residence. Accordingly, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be subject exclusively to Italian law.
