Withdrawal and return

In accordance with legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days starting from the date when goods are received in accordance with article 57 of L. 206/2005.

In the event of multiple purchases made by the buyer through only one order and delivered separately, the end of the 14-day period shall run from the date of receipt of the last product.

The user who would like to exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchase could send an e-mail, indicating the order number and the user name, to the following address:

The buyer could exercise the right of withdrawal sending any explicit statement containing the decision to finish the deal or alternatively sending the withdrawal form, using the form available here (not mandatory).

The goods have to be returned undamaged, in the original packaging, completed with every part and together with the fiscal documentation. Considering the faculty of verifying the respect for what stated before, Domita will provide for refunding the amount of the goods stated for the withdrawal within the maximum end of 14 days, inclusive of the initial shipping charges which are useful for making the goods sent back to our deposit.

According to the article 56 comma 3 of L. 206/2005, modified by L. 21/2014, Domita has the right to cancel the refund until receiving and checking the goods.

Domita will make the refund using the same method of payment chosen by the buyer during the process of purchase. In case of payment made through bank transfer, and if the buyer would be willing to exercise his right to withdrawal, he will have to give his personal bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC useful for making the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to the tailor-made goods or clearly personalized.
