The new Primal porcelain stoneware project by Ceramiche Refin is an expression of elegance and contemporaneity, transforming traditional quartzite into a refined material suitable for any interior setting.
Transforming quartzite, a material with a robust and marked nature, into a more elegant version suited to modern tastes, Primal retains the typical fractures of stone, but in a more subtle form; the transitions between the bright and darker areas are delicate, with subtle veins running across the surface; the colour is uniform, with no obvious variations in tone. The more intense graphic elements and colour contrasts are reduced to give a visual softness to the surface, while preserving a richness of detail and a perception of depth.
